When you are done, try to shift the boxes, and if they move at all, add more padding. Larger moving storage containers are often provided with eyehooks to allow you to rope your possessions down instead. Divide the container into sections, using the arrangement of eyehooks in the container as a guide, and fill each section completely. Rope it down, then move on to the next section. Use as much rope as you need, and do not worry about using too much.
